Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At SpiceKart, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and include tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@spicekart.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as they will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
At SpiceKart, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently, especially for our local customers.
Local Deliveries – Cambridgeshire
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday within Cambridgeshire are eligible for same-day delivery.
- If, for any reason, the same-day delivery is missed, your order will be delivered on the next day.
- On Bank Holidays, deliveries will be scheduled for the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will be confirmed during the order processing call. Please ensure you are reachable at the provided contact number to avoid any delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Complaints regarding perishable items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishables: fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen goods, meat, fish, sweets, snacks, and flowers
- Personal care items: beauty and hygiene products
- Customized or special orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the best approach is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- A £2.99 cancellation fee applies to all order cancellations to help us cover processing and handling costs.
- The 30-day refund policy applies to dry goods and kitchenware only. Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the return.
- Packaging and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued for perishable items after they’ve been dispatched.
Please report any delivery delays immediately. If a delivery is missed, refused, or returned for perishable items, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Delays or Rejections
Refunds may be delayed or denied under the following conditions:
- No photo evidence provided for a damaged item
- Perishable products were ordered without temperature-controlled delivery
- Delivery was missed, refused, or returned without a valid reason
