At SpiceKart, we value our loyal customers. Our rewards program allows you to earn points on purchases and convert them into discount coupons for future orders. Here’s how it works:

1. Earning Points

  • Purchases: Earn points for every purchase you make on our website.
  • Other Activities: You may also earn points for activities like signing up, writing reviews, or referring friends, depending on our ongoing promotions.

2. Converting Points to Coupons

  • Access Your Account: Log in to your SpiceKart account.
  • Navigate to Rewards: Go to the “My Account” section and click on “Rewards” or “My Points.”
  • Convert Points: If you have accumulated enough points, you’ll see an option to convert them into a coupon. Click on “Convert Points to Coupon.”
  • Coupon Generation: A unique coupon code will be generated, which you can use for discounts on future purchases.

Note: The minimum number of points required to generate a coupon is set by our system. If you don’t have enough points, the option to convert will be unavailable.

3. Using Coupons at Checkout

  • Shop as Usual: Add your desired products to the cart.
  • Apply Coupon: During checkout, enter your coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field and click “Apply.”
  • Enjoy Discount: The discount associated with your coupon will be applied to your order total.

4. Orders placed using a coupon generated from reward points will not earn additional reward points for that specific order.

Important: Reward points cannot be directly redeemed at checkout. They must first be converted into a coupon code as described above.
